We are seeking a Client Success Champion to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their engagement with Mbm.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing and digital clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their engagement with Mbm.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on digital media trends and best practices.

Requirements
* 12+ years of experience in digital media, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business results.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
