Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener/Landscaper to join our team as a Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with and support your team and colleagues. You will also service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  3. Work closely with and support your team and colleagues
  4. Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas

About You

  • Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
  • Ability to lead a motivated and productive team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A reliable, friendly and professional manner
