About the Job:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Groundsperson. This role will involve maintaining and enhancing the beauty of Hamilton Gardens' extensive gardens and landscapes. You will be responsible for completing a routine maintenance schedule across the Gardens to specifications, setting up traffic management to ensure safety of crews working near our roading network, checking for any damages on the Garden grounds and reporting where necessary, and interacting with visitors, providing exceptional customer service, and sharing your knowledge about the space.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and enhancing the beauty of Hamilton Gardens' gardens and landscapes.
  • Completing a routine maintenance schedule across the Gardens.
  • Setting up traffic management to ensure crew safety.
  • Checking for damages on the Garden grounds and reporting where necessary.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sharing knowledge about the space.
