Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Repair Network Manager to lead the development and implementation of our MBI repair network in New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve network efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Validating repair network partner propositions to ensure agreed and expected service levels

  • Working closely with business leaders to understand requirements and drive network performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in New Zealand repair networks

  • Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs

  • Automotive trade certificate

  • Proven track record of managing external vendors or 3PL providers

  • Prior experience of establishing and growing a repair network

  • Strong industry knowledge of systems and applications used by repair agents

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Able to convert insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps

  • Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g., The Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Privacy Act)
