What's the role about? The Auto Repair Network Manager is primarily responsible for the strategy and delivery of the MBI repair network in New Zealand.
The successful candidate will set up and manage the repair network to ensure the repair network is operating efficiently, cost effectively, and always ensuring the highest possible customer service standards.
The Repair Network Manager will work closely with business leaders to understand the requirements of business partners, repairers and our end customers to ensure the network can support all new and existing business.
by understanding and validating repair network partner propositions so partners are providing agreed and expected service levels to end consumers.
You will be based in our stunning new central Auckland offices, where you will join a team that is passionate about providing the best experience.
This role has flexibility to work from home up to two days per week but also will entail travel across New Zealand.
About you: 5+ years of New Zealand repair network experience
Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs
Automotive trade certificate
Experience managing external vendors or 3PL providers
Prior experience of establishing, growing a repair network
Industry knowledge of systems and applications used by the repair agents
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to convert insights into strategies and roadmaps
An understanding of relevant legislation i.e.
The Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Privacy Act 2020
