Our high-performance environment integrates tennis coaching, strength & conditioning, mental skills training, physiotherapy, and academic support. We cater to various athlete groups, from foundational movement training to elite performance development, all within our purpose-built facility.
About You
You'll be working with diverse training groups from competitor squads to full-time high-performance athletes. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, you'll design and deliver strength & conditioning programs for athletes (aged primarily 11-16) and lead both group and individual training sessions in our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with tennis coaches, physiotherapists, and mental skills trainers
Monitor and assess athlete development through quarterly fitness testing
Provide tournament support domestically and internationally
Contribute to our holistic approach to athlete development
Participate in team meetings and program planning
Qualifications
Relevant degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field
Proven experience in youth athletic development
Strong understanding of periodization and competition preparation
Experience in long-term athlete development principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-performance team environment
