The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Clinician who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of our field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy, with experience working with children and adolescents with orthopaedic conditions. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Provide a physiotherapy service to children and adolescents with orthopaedic conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings* Support junior staff within the physiotherapy team to develop and deliver the inpatient service with orthopaedics* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide a whānau-centred approach* Demonstrate a robust level of contemporary physiotherapy theory and practice to provide effective assessment and interventions, whilst establishing enabling relationships with children and their whānau (family)* Remain focused in the pursuit of Māori health gain as well as achieving equitable health outcomes for Māori* Thrive within a vibrant, innovative, and diverse setting amongst a supportive interdisciplinary team of orthopaedic consultants, nurse specialists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language therapists, social workers, dietitians, hospital play specialists, and team support
