As the Head of Product, Innovation & Commercial - V Energy, you will play a critical role in driving long-term market share and profitable revenue growth for the V brand. You will lead product & innovation strategy by deeply understanding the consumer's unconscious needs, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to commercialize these plans.

  • 8-10+ years of proven experience in brand leadership at Marketing Manager or equivalent level;">
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams with vision, clarity, and collaboration;">
  • A growth mindset and the ability to navigate through ambiguity;">
  • Strong strategic thinking, product innovation, commercial, and marketing skills;">
  • Proven track record in end-to-end New Product Development delivery, preferably in food and beverage;">
  • Experience in design thinking and some exposure to test and learn methodologies;">
  • Passion for consumer and cultural curiosity;">
  • Strong analytical skills with problem-solving and critical thinking;">
  • Brand development, communications development, and cost centre management.">
