Job Description

As a Customer Love Coordinator, you will be the touch point for all customer interactions, providing personalized support and guidance. Your day may include:

  • Engaging with customers via email and phone, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Assisting customers with their orders and subscriptions, ensuring seamless delivery of our products
  • Guiding customers through our product range by leveraging our BePure Pillars of Wellness, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health
  • Reporting customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance our services
  • Supporting the Wholesale team to process orders, service accounts, and resolve technical queries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for supporting others on their wellness journey, driving positive change and wellness in every customer interaction
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer support and resolving queries, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Qualifications or strong interest in natural health fields like nutrition, naturopathy, health sciences, or dietetics (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite tools, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Experience using systems like Gorgias, Recharge, and Shopify (preferred but not required)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • A warm and natural communicator, able to build relationships with ease and address customer concerns effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all customer interactions
