Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Team Administrator. This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent administrative skills, including arranging appointments, venue booking, catering and travel arrangements, managing meetings and event bookings, and developing processes and practices that meet the needs of our team. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with a range of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner, using your highly developed organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
Responsibilities
As a Team Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality administrative support to our team, including:
  • Coordinating team activities and events
  • Providing administrative support to team members
  • Developing and maintaining administrative systems and processes
  • Engaging with stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience of providing high-level administration, highly developed organisational skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner. You'll also need good technical understanding of IT processes and systems, as well as advanced level of word processing, including experience in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
