About the RoleWe are seeking a part-time Senior Registered Nurse to join our team working Sunday and Monday 0800 to 1630 in our hospital unit. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, while also contributing to the development and review of individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing residents' needs and developing effective care plans
- Providing high-quality nursing care that prioritizes resident safety and well-being
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supporting the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators in managing the day-to-day operations of the unit
What You'll Need
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the New Zealand Nursing Council
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families and other healthcare professionals
- Experience in a similar role, with a focus on leadership and teamwork
