We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of ACC's Huakina Te Ra Strategy.

Your Responsibilities
- You will be one of the first voices our customers hear on their way to recovery, answering inbound calls from our clients and providers.
- You will provide a great customer experience, consistently meeting our high standards.
- You will work with a diverse range of people from all different walks of life, using your clear verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have opportunities to continually grow and develop your skills as a Customer Experience Representative.
Benefits
- The starting salary for this role is $59,000 PLUS a 9% superannuation contribution.
