Your Responsibilities

  • You will be one of the first voices our customers hear on their way to recovery, answering inbound calls from our clients and providers.
  • You will provide a great customer experience, consistently meeting our high standards.
  • You will work with a diverse range of people from all different walks of life, using your clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will be adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have opportunities to continually grow and develop your skills as a Customer Experience Representative.
