Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As an integral part of our sales and major projects, you will provide seamless and accurate support, ensuring comprehensive administrative and technical expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose workable solutions within SAP with minimal customization, from research and development to deployment with complete documentation.
  • Prepare or revise new quotations, technical data, rule of thumb calculations, and tenders.
  • Tabulate heat load calculations, load profiles, piping schematic diagrams, results, and Green Mark submissions.
  • Coordinate and process documents, including sales orders for delivery and equipment exchange.
  • Assist customer inquiries, coordinate with the aftersales department on service requests, warranty issues, and spare parts coordination.
  • Support projects and sales teams, attending sponsorship dinners and company-related events.
  • Assist with SEC compliance audits and surveys, as well as submissions.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new quotation systems.
  • Perform other responsibilities related to technical and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of relevant coordination experience in providing quotation support/presales or tabulating accurate schematic results.

About You

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with using AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize critical tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
