This role involves providing exceptional customer service and resolving claims in a timely manner. You will be working closely with our internal and external business partners to deliver outstanding results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide market-leading customer solutions for Business Property claims across all classes of Business claims.
  • Manage customer relationships, interactions, and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the service promise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners to ensure ongoing relationships; Vero market and brand perception is developed and maintained; and effective claims outcomes are achieved.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5 years of claims management and resolution experience, including high-level customer interaction competency to finding sensible solutions to progress claims quickly and effectively.
  • Strong customer service and conversation capabilities.
  • Active listening, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
