Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  • Lead the installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire safety systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems and related components.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and service requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician with a strong background in fire alarm systems.
  • A thorough understanding of fire protection systems, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring a team of technicians.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive client relationships.
  • High standard of health and safety practices.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in relevant fire alarm and safety systems is a bonus.
