As a Fire Safety Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to identify potential issues proactively and build strong relationships.

  • Conducting thorough inspections of new and existing fire protection systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements.
  • Identifying training needs and addressing knowledge gaps.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.
  • Adhering to Aon's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Promoting Aon's goals and values.

We're committed to your growth and offer comprehensive support for rapid advancement. You'll have the opportunity to step into a more senior role within 12-24 months.

About this role

We're searching for a self-motivated individual with a great work ethic, excellent communication skills, and unwavering trustworthiness.

You'll need:

  • Technical Skills: Experience within the fire protection industry in either service or installation.
  • Client Focus: The ability to communicate effectively with clients and represent Aon professionally.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-motivation, ability to manage workload independently, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different communication styles and work effectively with diverse teams.

A vehicle will be provided as part of this role, so a full, clean driver's license is required.
