About the Opportunity
Farmlands is seeking an experienced Supply Administrator to join our Support office in Burnside. This role works closely with the wider Supply Planning team to ensure the supply of product into Farmlands meets the needs of the Supply Plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring resolution of issues and providing solutions for vendors.
  • Maintain accurate data within D365 for all orders and deliveries.
  • Monitor auto ordering system (D365 Master Planning) to ensure inventory targets are achieved.
  • Process planned orders through to confirmation with the vendor.
  • Inventory balancing with Supply Planners.

About You
This role requires commercial experience in order management and administration, proven time management skills, advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, and working knowledge of D365.
