We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team at Graham Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe management of inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfilment.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in supply chain management, and a deep understanding of warehouse processes. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
  2. Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.
  3. Optimize inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
  4. Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
