Support Coordinator for Senior Leaders

Wellington Water is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Coordinator who will provide diligent administrative support to senior leaders. The successful candidate will have previous Executive Assistant experience within a similar industry at an executive level, with proven expertise in prioritizing workloads and improving processes.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Diary management and scheduling by organisational priority
- Coordinating meetings and events including travel, catering, and accommodation
- Preparing documentation to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) including reviewing briefs and agendas
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Strong Microsoft Office and business application experience such as content management systems
- The ability to identify organisational risk and adequately brief senior leaders
- Knowledge of committees, boards, and local government governance structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
