This role is critical in managing and coordinating the organisation's responses to key regulatory change consultations. You'll support the formulation of our regulatory strategy and engagement models for working with the regulators.
As a Senior Manager NFR Regulatory Relations, you'll:
- Develop and maintain regulatory change processes to ensure ANZ Aotearoa responds effectively to regulatory change.
- Support the development and maintenance of regulatory engagement models to ensure effective communication.
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to forums, committees, and workgroups on regulatory change.
- Build relationships with regulators and other government agencies to represent ANZ Aotearoa's views on regulatory change initiatives.
- Foster collaborative relationships to achieve business and non-financial risk objectives.
- Contribute to the provision of secure, compliant, efficient, cost-effective and value-adding non-financial risk services.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Expertise in regulatory matters and the ability to advise internal and external stakeholders.
- Diverse banking experience demonstrating a sound knowledge and understanding of ANZ operations.
- The ability to take initiative, be proactive, and address issues relentlessly.
- Strong working relationships and the ability to influence internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prioritization and conflict resolution skills.
