Account Growth Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team as a National Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and build strong partnerships within our traditional retail channels.
Your key responsibility will be to develop and execute account plans and promotional programs that align with our retail strategy. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
In addition to developing and executing account plans, you'll be responsible for managing monthly volume and profit forecasts, ensuring full-year targets are met. You'll also lead the annual customer planning process, driving profit, volume, trade spend, and market share.
As National Account Manager, you'll oversee the sell-in of NPD and consumer promotions to maximize sales opportunities and proactively manage trading terms across all allocated accounts. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through deep market and customer insights is vital to your success.
You'll work collaboratively across departments to align strategies and set achievable sales targets and provide timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on account performance.
As part of your responsibilities, you'll manage and develop a Sales Support Executive, providing guidance on priorities and professional growth, and support field teams with the necessary tools to deliver on key execution priorities.
Maintaining 90% forecasting accuracy, ensuring alignment with demand management and S&OP processes, will also be a key focus area for this role.
