About the Role The Mental Health, Addictions and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) has vacancies in our Casual Pool for Mental Health Support Workers mainly based in inpatient units and community settings.
The role is part of the MHAIDS Operations Centre, which covers the Wellington, Kapiti, Porirua and Hutt Valley areas.

You will enjoy working in different services and receive full orientation and training.
About you Have a Level 4 National Certificate in Mental Health and Addictions Support Work (or equivalent qualification)Have experience working within the area of mental health, preferably in an inpatient settingHold a current work visa or have the legal right to work in New ZealandDemonstrate an ability to work with a team with a multi-disciplinary approachFull and clean Drivers LicenceConsent to a Police Vetting Check under the Vulnerable Children's Act 2014Working at Health New Zealand Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is the weaving of wellness.
