We are seeking a Personal Banking Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our portfolio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality interactions that meet customers' financial transaction needs at the first point of contact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer transactions and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions, while maintaining a deep understanding of customers through the use of tools such as NBC.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, adhering to ANZ service standards at all times.
  • Maintaining compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures, including maintaining adequate cash holdings and arranging cash deliveries and repatriation as required.

Key Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude with a growth mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
