About the Role
The Information Security Practice Lead will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's information security strategy is aligned with our overall business objectives. This individual will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks to our information assets, as well as providing training and awareness sessions to staff on information security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Identify and mitigate potential risks to our information assets
* Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
* Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on information security best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in practice management, including coordinating tasks and outputs
* Proven track record in embedding standards and processes and continuous improvement activities
* Top-notch interpersonal skills, including the ability to form trusted relationships and communicate to different stakeholder levels
* Strong self-management skills, including the ability to manage own time, identify priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines

About You
The successful candidate could have a number of backgrounds, including risk/insurance, policy, business analysis. However, it is key that you have a good understanding of cyber security/technology. You will not be required to be an expert, but the role will require you to take complex tech-based language and translate it for non-tech-based people.
