The Advisor, Learning & Development role is a key position within our organisation, responsible for supporting the development of Family Violence and Sexual Violence (FVSV) workforce capability across partner agencies.
As an Advisor, you will work closely with operational teams and subject matter experts to evaluate and improve learning initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with our workforce capability frameworks and meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of expertise in learning and development, with a strong understanding of family violence and sexual violence issues.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning initiatives to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Capability Building Programmes: Develop and implement capability building programmes that address the needs of our diverse stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with multiple stakeholders, including operational teams and subject matter experts, to drive positive change and improve workforce capability.
Key qualifications include a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and experience in learning & development, capability-building, or programme evaluation at an operational level.
