**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to fill the role of Eating Disorder Care Manager. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based treatments to individuals affected by eating disorders. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care provided by our service.

About the Position:

This role involves managing referrals, assessing service users, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with specialist clinicians. You will also be responsible for liaison work with other services, such as community mental health centers and hospitals, to ensure effective care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess service users, develop treatment plans, and manage referrals
  • Liaise with other services to facilitate seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with specialist clinicians to deliver evidence-based treatments
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and enhance service user outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in mental health, preferably in eating disorder settings
  • Strong understanding of eating disorders, their causes, and treatment options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
