Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Verifying compliance with legislation and organisational requirements
2. Conducting ante mortem inspections and providing judgments on post-mortem inspections
3. Maintaining knowledge of farming communities and participating in on-farm verification
4. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as meat works personnel and veterinary colleagues
