We're a social-first agency based in Melbourne, Sydney & Auckland, working with some of Australia's leading brands. Our mission is to help brands own the moment by finding the right mix of speed, culture & creativity to shape behaviour on social & digital platforms.

About the Role

This full-time role is based in Auckland and involves working closely with our creative team to develop and implement social media strategies for our brand partners. Key responsibilities include leading the planning, creation, and implementation of branded social video content, both paid and organic, for client partners.

You'll need to have experience creating engaging video content that stops thumbs from scrolling, an understanding of TikTok, Reels & YouTube the community and the 'For You' algorithm, and high proficiency in video editing using Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.

The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
