Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand KOJO Full time

We're looking for an experienced Content Producer to join our team, based in Auckland or Wellington, New Zealand. This is a full time role offered for a 10 month period, covering a period of parental leave. If you have experience producing content for brands and fans, we're keen to hear from you

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role as a Producer within the Content Production Team is to facilitate the production of content for brands, sporting teams and sponsors across KOJO on a 10 month contract.

Your role will specifically relate to producing content for sports presentation, activations, experiences, events and live event services for KOJO's clients. This entails independently managing pre production, through delivery to post production as per the clients brief, along with managing budgets end to end. You will actively learn, understand and apply the KOJO philosophy and look to apply this knowledge to developing content for our clients.

You will be responsible for developing and managing project budgets and reconciliation, production timelines and managing the required resources to deliver the project's content deliverables. Your role will include working within a broader team on project pitches and may require document writing and presentation development. You will be expected to work within KOJO's production workflow, adhering to the process and always communicating to the relevant stakeholders the status of your projects.

Outside of producing and delivering content, your role is to also manage and develop strong relationships with our New Zealand based clients. Through your experience and strong relationships, you will develop and manage work executed to the highest quality, ensuring our planning, communication and delivery make us easy and enjoyable to work with. You will also work with our Partnerships and Growth team to actively develop KOJO's accounts, identifying opportunities and growth areas for new business.

Within KOJO, in particular the New Zealand based team, you will play an important part in ensuring excellent relationships between all team members and our clients via a positive working environment. Part of this role requires attending client meetings, player shoots, game day rehearsals, testings and games or events at any stadium within New Zealand and internationally when required, which will fall outside of traditional working hours.

ABOUT YOU
You're an experienced Producer having worked in content production (ideally agency experience and experience in sports presentation, events and/or activations is highly valued) and are capable of working in a fast-paced environment and have an attitude to 'go the extra mile' especially under tight deadlines, all whilst maintaining a positive team environment and professional comms with colleagues.

As part of the KOJO Content Production team, you are energetic, passionate and love pushing the boundaries to ensure our team is delivering high quality and innovative work.

It is important that you have the ability to apply problem-solving skills to production challenges, be able to juggle multiple tasks at once and have close attention to detail. Your role as Producer at KOJO is to be able to work both independently and also as a member of the global KOJO creative and production teams, and proactively offer and communicate new ideas to the KOJO Sport team.

People should love to work with you because you are caring, genuine and positive even in the toughest of situations, always representing KOJO's values and attributes.
