And we produce a plethora of content solutions across digital and print for our clients, including Resene, Liquorland, Farmlands and AA.SCG is a super collaborative, fun, vibey business, with a proudly non-bureaucratic approach to how we create: agile, collaborative and curious.About the roleWe are looking for a Content Producer who will craft engaging written content across all channels for NZ Marketing, StopPress and Idealog – our business titles.
This includes coming up with story ideas, interviewing sources and writing articles as well as commissioning content and images from external sources.
You are also a key point of contact for clients, contributors and the internal SCG team.Key responsibilities:Create new ideas for stories across all channels.Create, post, and where needed commission content across print, digital, social media, photography, and video channels.Manage internal workflow, client deliveries and communication.Manage the delivery of content – from creation, approval and design to publishing across all channels – as well as repurposing content to best suit the channel it's published on.Your role is to ensure content is created and delivered for approval in a timely manner and to the standards necessary for instant approval and publishing.Overall editorial management of video content for the business titles.Grow and maintain the digital and social media audience through content marketing.Outside of these set responsibilities, a willingness to work with the team to create the best and most useful content for SCG Media.About youExperienced editorial writer with proven track record in creating engaging contentConfident and prolific in generating content ideasGood digital knowledge and the ability to craft appealing eDMs and web features which increase dwell times and growth of the eDM databaseDigital, CMS and social media management experienceAbility to assess the quality of page design of the various print products and ascertain that it suits the client's needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSuperb attention to detail in both content and project managementIf the above opportunity excites you, we would love to hear from you.
