The main goal of this position is to drive strategy and achieve revenue growth by developing and executing opportunities. You will create a territory plan containing the value proposition for SAP's HCM solutions to customers and prospects across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Head of Sales and virtual account team to develop programs driving pipeline & revenue growth.
  2. Educate target accounts on the solution set and engage in strategic account planning.
  3. Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
  4. Qualify and lead sales cycles based on HXM opportunities.
  5. Achieve various sales objectives related to maintaining named customers and securing new business opportunities.
  6. Effectively plan resource utilization.
  7. Provide clear sales strategy and account activity.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience selling business software/solutions.
  2. Selling experience to CHRO and IT professionals with success working with Industry/Enterprise preferred.
  3. History of overachieving targets.

Necessary Skills:

  1. Internal & external customer satisfaction; ability to articulate the business value of an investment.
  2. Territory planning and identifying/prioritizing opportunities.
  3. Knowledge of the solution portfolio.
  4. Ability to produce quality internal and external artifacts.
  5. Complex account navigation skills.
  6. Strategic & tactical operation capabilities.
  7. Strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate.
