About Us
Carevets Limited is a local, family-owned business situated in the heart of Matamata. Our practice provides high-quality care to companion animals, and we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
We have a friendly, supportive team of four companion animal veterinarians and six fully qualified NZVNA accredited veterinary nurses.

About the Role
We require a veterinarian with an excellent attitude, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch care. We offer a flexible consulting and surgery schedule, allowing you to tailor your role to suit your personal preferences. Our veterinarians work closely with experienced veterinary nurses to maximize efficiency and provide the best possible care for our patients.

Our Facilities
Our modern clinic is equipped with excellent surgical facilities, including an in-house IDEXX lab, digital x-ray, MyLAB ultrasound machine, endoscopy, IM3 dental cart, and dental x-ray. We're also NZVA BESTPRACTICE accredited, ensuring you have access to the latest technology and standards.

Location
Matamata is a rapidly growing, vibrant town with a great community spirit and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. It's less than an hour from Hamilton, Tauranga, and Rotorua, offering the best of both worlds without the traffic.
