Compensation Package
The successful candidates can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $150,000, depending on their level of commitment and flexibility. Job Responsibilities
As a Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for timely follow-up on company-provided leads, establishing customer rapport, presenting product and service solutions, developing key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, creating sales proposals, becoming an expert in your market area, and helping set aggressive sales plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience selling face-to-face with customers, be driven and passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingualism is a plus, and experience with HVAC systems is preferred but not required.
