As a Receptionist at Te Kaika Wellbeing Hub, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing electronic and paper filing systems, meeting room bookings, and processing referrals to outpatient specialties.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and foster good interpersonal relationships
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills: proven experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook (email) with the ability to learn other job-specific programmes
