**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee process engineering and improvement initiatives, ensuring our manufacturing processes are world-class. As our Group Process Leader, you will be responsible for leading safety assessments, optimizing and innovating processes, and providing customer technical support.

**Responsibilities**

  • Be a safety champion by leading safety assessments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Drive process improvements through Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Oversee product development, machinery upgrades, commissioning, and continuous process refinement.
  • Provide customer technical support for seamless new product introductions and troubleshoot performance issues.

**Requirements**

  • An engineering, technical, or chemical/plastics degree.
  • Six Sigma or similar process improvement training.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
