Salary and Benefits: This role comes with a salary range of $100,359 - $124,891. As a valued member of our team, you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role: The Senior Investigator role is responsible for conducting serious and complex gambling related investigations involving suspected offences against the Gambling Act 2003 and/or Crimes Act 1961. You will work collaboratively with business units in DIA and with external law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Investigator, your key responsibilities will include conducting investigations, managing complex cases, and working with stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes for the community. You will also be responsible for leading planning and execution of field operations such as search warrants.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent relationship management skills, superior communication skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory theory and practice. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to drive investigations to timely and appropriate outcomes.
