Territory Leadership Role

As a Sales Territory Manager at BASF, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success in our Otago & Southland territory. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Deliver sales growth and revenue expansion in your designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, end-users, and suppliers
  • Manage product forecasting, pricing proposals, and customer needs

Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Significant experience in sales or commercial roles within the agriculture sector
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong diligence, time management, and self-motivation
  • Prior experience with crop protection products is highly desirable
