Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care, meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting the well-being of residents, staff, and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a talented team of caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to provide exceptional care.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and community partners, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a nursing home.
- Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
