Responsibilities and Skills

  • Serve as Senior Project Manager for clients, managing detailed phases of engineering design work of moderate to significant size and complexity.
  • Manage large multi-disciplinary highway design projects.
  • Successfully manage alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, PPP, etc.).
  • Develop and manage client relationships.
  • Provide technical and professional development of staff.
  • Monitor project financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative work ethic.
  • Substantial client management, technical, and project management experience.
  • Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in highway engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
