As a Junior in the Corporate Team
- Draft and review sale and purchase agreements
- Assist in preparing IPO offer documents and takeover documents
- Contribute to board resolutions and statutory compliance documents
- Participate in due diligence reviews for the sale or purchase of businesses
In Transactional Teams
You'll work closely with other team members, both in corporate and other teams like tax, property or resource management. This collaborative environment provides valuable exposure and learning opportunities.
The Successful Graduate
You will be given the room to take initiative and showcase your skills while having a close-knit team to back you up. Strong marks in your law degree, commercial astuteness, client focus, team player skills, and strong communication are essential for success in this role.
