About Our Corporate Team

We are a top-tier law firm seeking a graduate to join our Corporate practice in Wellington. Our team helps large companies with any legal issues related to their business operations or large-scale transactions.

Our work involves sub-teams: mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and general corporate advisory. We work closely with clients, including New Zealand's largest corporate entities, and other professional services such as accounting and investment banks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements
  • IPO offer documents
  • Takeover documents
  • Board resolutions
  • Statutory compliance documents
  • Due diligence (reviewing legal material) for the sale/purchase of businesses

As a Junior in Our Team

You will be involved in various tasks, including working directly with clients and negotiating business-as-usual contracts. You will also work closely with other team members and Partners on transactional projects.
