Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to drive strategic growth across our properties, with an initial focus on Castaways Resort. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business operations, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Implement Marsden's strategic vision, aligning property with broader company goals.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Identify new business opportunities to enhance revenue and market positioning.
  • Provide leadership across multiple properties, with potential involvement in other Marsden resorts as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain key market segments.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, corporate clients, and industry partners.
  • Oversee capital investment projects and long-term property development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and support professional growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry (luxury resort or boutique hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A visionary thinker, able to anticipate market trends and position resorts for success.
  • Experience in multi-property oversight or a willingness to step into a broader role within Marsden Services Limited.
  • Knowledge of hospitality technology systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to represent Marsden's brand through networking and industry engagement.
