About the Role

You will provide quality business advice to the units you support as a Business Advisor within the Deputy Chief Executive Office, supporting the Strategy, Engagement & Prevention group.

This role provides integral business support to some of our leaders with financial management, business planning, performance reporting, and risk management.

You will work alongside a team of Business Advisors and Coordinators to support the wider Strategy, Engagement & Prevention group with administrative and advisory services.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in providing written advice and communication
  • Proficiency in range of business writing for operational to executive leader audiences
  • Experience in financial management and/or oversight of financial processes
  • A high standard of attention to detail
  • Interest in learning new systems and skills to maximise opportunities for efficiency within the team
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible, adaptive, and approachable behaviours
  • Skilled in problem solving, influencing, decision making, and negotiation
  • Interested in developing strategic advice skills and ability to influence decision-making at a senior level
