We are looking for a Community Living Specialist to join our team at Anchor. As a Community Living Specialist, you will be responsible for managing properties and supporting residents to live independent lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing properties and letting them to suitable tenants
- Dealing with anti-social behaviour and ensuring repairs are carried out promptly
- Maintaining resident trust and confidence in Anchor through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Supporting residents to access local services and agencies to meet their needs
