Role Overview

The Service Resource Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that Simpro Group's service resource operations run smoothly. This involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met, driving customers to book training and consultation time, and collaborating with the Implementation Coordinator Team Lead to share global resource bandwidth needs and address them.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of software adoption processes and insight into the trades industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
  • Support internal stakeholders in identifying and addressing any issues that may impact the onboarding process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of the onboarding process.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for growth and development within the organization and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
