Key Tasks
  • Perform administrative tasks in the salesperson's absence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Review and verify marketing materials for quality and accuracy
  • Keep detailed records of communications with clients and vendors
  • Prepare various documents for transactions, including settlements, auctions, and tenders
  • Contribute to the creation of newsletters and mailouts
  • Attend sales meetings and company events as necessary
  • Track advertising account payments and follow up when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager
  • Collaborate on reporting, presentations, and event planning for the Commercial Division
  • Develop and create professional documents for clients
