Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to design and develop new training courses.
  • Deliver training sessions, both instructor-led and online.
  • Conduct training assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation, including course outlines and instructional materials.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or a scientific discipline.
  • Three (3) years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with learning management systems and adult learning principles.
