As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including sourcing and resourcing activities, maintaining a candidate pool for future roles, and providing general support to our consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a candidate pool for future roles
  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Social media posting for all 3 brands
  • Assisting consultants to fill roles
  • Candidate management
  • Administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with resourcing candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Social media platforms & tools
  • Database management
  • Proven ability to pick up new systems
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
