As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including sourcing and resourcing activities, maintaining a candidate pool for future roles, and providing general support to our consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and resourcing activities
- Maintaining a candidate pool for future roles
- Writing and posting job ads
- Social media posting for all 3 brands
- Assisting consultants to fill roles
- Candidate management
- Administration tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience with resourcing candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media platforms & tools
- Database management
- Proven ability to pick up new systems
- Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
