About the Role
The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and growing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships. This position involves providing technical broking support, liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners to deliver exceptional results for our established commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client bases and new business
- Provide professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
- Prepare proposals for new business opportunities and coordinate client renewals
- Mentor and guide wider team members
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance broking with a current L5 General Insurance qualification
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
