We are seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Leader to provide leadership, communication, and guidance to our physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff in our assigned clinics. As a Clinical Practice Leader, you will be responsible for cultivating clinic leadership, leading operational excellence, and delivering a patient experience that results in the highest levels of patient satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to multiple clinics, ensuring effective operations and high-quality patient care
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork among staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical efficiency, productivity, and patient engagement
- Analyze financial performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience leading multi-clinic locations
- 2+ years of work experience in dermatology or related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare administration
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, patient scheduling programs, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
